As I write this newsletter I am 18 days sober.

For clarity: It's not like I was really getting after the bottle or anything, but it’s time to work! The season is fast approaching and we have been in our Squarin’ Around bag lately!

This week we got the man himself G.J. Kinne on the show to talk about Fall Camp, a look ahead at this year and of course NCAA College Football 25.

I’ll be out at practice mañana to take a look at the team, while I can, you can’t see a TON rn, they’re a little understandably protective of the team and what we can and can’t see from the media side.

Back to trying to get more focus: Our mission this season is to bring you some of the best coverage of this team week in and week out our fanbase has ever had. We will not fail. That’s why I’m on this sober deal rn, I’m trying to eliminate unnecessary distractions, though, man, do I want a beer rn!

We press on!

This weekend, after practice, I’m linking up with some of my friends in SM to go floating since this is the second to the last weekend I’ll be able to really do anything before my Saturdays are spent chasing around the Bobcats. First time I’ll be doing that sober, so wish me well.

No complaints, we’ve worked our asses off all offseason to really hit our stride this year and go full throttle. So, who’s ready to party?
